Nexon (ems) sucks!

They freaking took my name.... now my name is Ra?e

Instead of Raíce because of the dot above the i^^'

Is there any limit to how stupid Nexon can get? (answer is: i guess not)

well i'm gonna try and get my name back and if i don't succed i will try and change the name to normal Raice i guess if ems even has that... and if nothing seems to work out i probably will change server to gms or something else since i'm about to have had enough of ems, even though people say ohh yea they customer support is soo much better than gms's support, well i kinda disagree since it probably can't get any worse^^'

same account , crit ring is on shadower ,got full info which you can change & email aswell

your name changed prolly cause of the guild hack which involved inserting invalid characters in a guild name, so nexon removed all of them from being used ( except the unicode ones).

Bad solution from nexon i must say... i really hope they re-think this cus it feels like nexon get's more and more stupid by the hour^^'

well 'overdoing' things has been nexon's policy recently ( dupe banwaves, meso explosion channel crash).
